XPS Foam Sheet production line
1-3 layers, width <1500, sheet smooth or engraved. sheet could be foamed or not foamed.
The PP foam sheet extrusion line is composed with extruders, calender, cooling support frame, heating oven, haul off machine, cutter, unloading stacker, etc.
The production line is equipped with 2 sets of extruder. It can produce three layers sheet. ABA or ABC structure. With the middle layer foamed. So the sheet is light and strong enough. It is much more economical than totally solid sheet. Thus can save cost. It is suitable to be used as bag back suppot, file folders, stationery, package material, decoration material and advertisement material. It is environmental friendly, with no odor.
