Product Description
Uses:
Battery drop tester is mainly used to evaluate all kinds of lithium battery and nickel batteries and other batteries, secondary batteries, battery monomer or battery free fall (from the top surface, for example) safety performance.Battery if explosion, or fire is qualified.
Test description:
Simulated battery from height (low level) for the position of the 1 m to 1.5 m, fall to the ground (or 30 mm thick hard wooden boards), each cell in any direction (surface, Angle, leng) three free fall, the battery if no fire, no explosion is qualified, observation test results is used to assess the safety of the battery performance.Requirement is a battery pack or system without electrolyte leakage, fire or explosion.

Structure features:
