Attention
(1)Please read the words in tagless carefully,make sure the model/color/quanlitier/produce date and expiy date.
(2)Place it at 18-28 degrees for 24hours before using.
(3)Keep the environment clean when prepare to cut the film, otherwise reflective vinyl will stick with dirty dust.
(4)Keep the temperature at 18-28 degrees when cutting, humidity 50%+-10%
(5)Pay more attention when stick reflective film:if fail to stick,reflective film will be damaged for stick again.
(6)Reflective vinyl which is different product date shouldn't apply to the same marks.
(7)The surface of reflective film is easy to be damaged, request operator should wear glove white cut it down.
(8)cutting the reflective film in time,and the storage is depended on the film size:
A: small size can stacked up.
B: large size can make into a roll tightly with its original derection,and should put it into bag,avoid humidity.(Inner radius should be at least 100mm)
(9)make the rest film into a roll tightly with its original derection,avoid folding, affect its application.
(10)Clean the mark plates before adhesive film .washing with degreasing solvent ,then clean with water; the surface of newly aluminum plate like mirror, not easy to adhesive,should use 500# sandpaper,increasing its adhesion.
(11)the gum of reflective film is presure sensitive type,the time longer ,the adhesion better .suggest place it 2-4 days, with 20-25℃,humidity less then 50+-10%
(12)the dirty pots on the surface ,can clean with alcohol or water,can not clean with ketone(such as acetone),lipid(such as acetidin,butyl acetate )solvents .
