Do all products are warrantied?
Yes. All products are warranted for one year (some of them warrant 2 years) against defects in materials and workmanship. During this time, we will replace any defective parts for clients with free of charge,sometimes client only pay freight. Upon receipt of the defective parts, technicians will arrange with you to send replacement parts immediately. This warranty does not cover parts that are worn out through the negligence on the part of the operator nor does it cover consequential damages resulting from defects in material or workmanship.
How much does it cost to use?
There is no cost to use the machine. However, you are responsible for supplying your own materials. Occasionally we require users to purchase their own router bits, depending on how much routing is to be done and the type of material.
