 Basic function of the equipment
1) According to the 3D drawing of the metal parts and adopting appropriate laser forming technique, the equipment can produce high-density metal parts with complex shapes by using metal powder raw materials such as iron base, nickel base super-alloy or cobalt-chromium alloy.
2) The equipment has database of selective laser melting-forming precast technology for many typical raw materials(iron base,nickel base super-alloy or cobalt-chromium alloy),which can be directly used to guide users in rapid manufacturing of complex metal parts.
3) The forming chamber can meet the requirement of atmosphere such as oxygen,hydrogen,etc within 20 minutes and can maintain the protective atmosphere well.
4) Being equipped with the latest version software of laser repaid prototyping, all functions are open to users, it can directly transform the STL format file into NC code of laser processing, control the relative parts to work coordinately, rapidly invoke the optimized database of selective laser melting, so as to implement the automatic operation of laser melting-forming equipment.
5) Running smoothly, good vibration resistance, stable precision and low noise, the equipment can work continuously and stably for 24 hours in environment of temperature 0∼42°C and relative humidity ≤85%.
6) All parts of the equipment are made of high quality materials, and the transmission mechanism is using reliable mechanical and electrical components of famous brands. All parts and instruments are based on SI(international system of units) and are manufactured with ISO standards and GB safety standards.
