Features:
1, Valve material: ceramic ball (acid and alkali resistance, corrosion resistance)
2, Valve seat material: cobalt-based alloy SCO45 (acid and alkali resistance, corrosion resistance)
3, The material of homogeneous rod and homogeneous seat can be alloy steel, carbide alloy or ceramics. It’s optional.
4, The pressure gauge adopts imported diaphragm gauge.
5, It is equipped with automatic pressure protection sensor.
6, Lubrication system: lubricated by the pump. When the oil pressure is less than 2 MPa, it is protected automatically by the pressure relay.
7. Oil temperature cooling: cooled by the oil chiller
8. Crankshaft speed: regulated by bevel gear,gear shaft and large and small pulleys.
9. The pump body adopts a split type(upper, middle, lower). It reduces the cost for repair and make install easy, and effectively prevents the split of the pump.
10. Contact part material , shell material: stainless steel 304
