This machine is a fully automatic flat mask machine. The whole clothrolls together through the rollers, then the cloth through mechanical folding, the whole nose beltthrought traction and release, fixed length cut and then imported into the edge of the cloth, both side welded to sealed by ultrasonic, and then through the ultrasonic side sealed, cut and molded by cutting knife;


The mask plate is shunted by 1 drag 2 distribute machine into two earband spot welders, ultrasonic welding ear belt;
Then set marks
quantity to stack marks.

This automatic mask machine counting automaticlly, can effectively controls productivity and production schedules. It is frequency control, can ajust the equipment speed according to the actual needs.


It is full automatic, which have low requirements for operating staff, only need to release and organize the finished product. Modular, user-friendly design and maintenance convenience.
