1. INSTALLATION
Installation is simple and easy to prepare for. Since the floor will be covered in concrete make sure that all preparations are made for concrete.
Simple OPP tape, or box tape, can be used to secure the insulation and the carbon ladder cables.
Please make sure that an experienced electrician or persons with experience make the proper connections.
*The special coated wires are difficult to strip. Please use a wire stripper for a clean separation.
*Please ensure that all stripped wires are clean so that proper connections can be made.
*once the wires have been stripped for connection, the sleeves are placed over both ends. Special crimpers are used to connect the stripped wires together within the sleeves.
*To ensure proper connections, please pull on both ends. There should be no movement of the wires within the connected sleeve.

Insulation : Any high temp insulating foam or insulation can be used. This is to minimize or eliminate heat loss from dissipation and direct heat upwards.
Thermostat : Thermostat output must be a minimum of 4kW to ensure enough power is transmitted to the heating cables.
Essential Information : Heating cables must be installed in concrete or cement. Placing on or over already formed concrete is NOT recommended nor should be used in that manner.
