Our state of the art syringe assembly line is composed of 3 machines.
Firstly, Syringe printing machine. Secondly Syringe assembly machine. Lastly, Blister packing machine.
To comply with KS(Korean Industrial Standards) new syringe assembly line should be high efficient.
M-Tech has a complete range of high precision and high efficient syringe assembly lines with various options
such as highquality Touch screen display, Sensors for important sections, Camera inspection machines.
Firstly, Automatic Syringe Printing machine prints on the surface of the barrels.
And the barrels are fed to the Automatic Syringe Assembly machine through linear feeder
Secondly the barrels, gaskets and plunger are assembled in Automatic Syringe Assembly machine.
Lastly the finished products arepacked with paper and film in Blister packing machine.
It depends on the size of syringes.
On average the capacity is more than 15,000pcs per hour with 2 operators only,
meaning your high efficient production can save your production costs.
- 1ml syringe : 15,000pcs/hour
- 2ml, 3ml, 5ml : More than 15,000pcs/hour
- 10ml : 13,000~15,000pcs/hour
- 20ml : 10,000~12,000pcs/hour
