1.High Performance Bio-reactor E.PFR Series
E.PFR is a multi-staged up flow type plug flow reactor. It has gas hold up space at the top part of each stage for driving plug flow of fluid, that allow high gas/liquid mass transfer efficiency and good mixing status in the reactor. The reactor was designed for containing higher concentrations of microorganisms, higher dissolved oxygen concentration, and higher efficiency of decomposition of organic matters in wastewater treatment.
2.Strong Organic Wastewater Treatment System
E.PFR system is a simple wastewater treatment system for high organic wastewater. It has 2~4 days of hydraulic retention time and reduces the area of the plant site, building and maintain costs due to its higher efficiency of treatment.
3.Anaerobic Digestion System
EcoDays' anaerobic digestion technology achieves higher biogas production efficiency from strong organic wastewater. The digested water can be treated by E.PFR aerobic treatment system. It is possible to remove scum without separated equipment. The digester has self mixing contruction by fluid dynamics. Higher TS and organic loading rate(10 kg/m3,day)is achieved in the digester due to its unique multistage upflow type gas hold-up structure as well as higher biogas yielding in short HRT.
