This fully automatic machine automatically feed cable, cut to length, double head strip, crimp plug to the end. The whole machine is composed of PLC, servo motor, electric and touch screen Touch screen digital control has the advantages of simple operation, saving manpower and increasing output.
Feature:
Equipment configuration: the pneumatic components of the whole machine are made of Taiwan AirTAC, The PLC controller adopts Panasonic, and the slide screw adopts Taiwan,ABBA, servo motor adopts Panasonic.
Head machine function: automatic loading line, stripping head Skin, CCD automatic color discrimination, core separation, core molding, stripping,the color of the skin is confirmed by CCD (the color ng will not be crimped inside).
The inner frame is crimped, CCD detection, copper leakage wire and polarity duplicating Inspection station.
