Our non stick griddle pan, 10.4 Inch works well for everyday favorites and newly inspired recipes alike. It's easy to use the griddle for making fried steak, BBQ, crispy bacon, hamberger meal, grilled sandwichs, roasted vegetable and more. The versatile cookware moves seamlessly from the refrigerator to the stovetop or oven to the table for serving and easier cleanup (no need to dirty multiple dishes).
Safe for All Cooking Surfaces -
Our non stick griddle pan can be used on all cooking surfaces, including on a stovetop, in the oven, under the broiler, or on a barbecue.
How we use it? -
Made with heavy-duty aluminum alloy die casting , the cookware retains heat fast, well and distributes it evenly. Heat spreads thoroughly across the base and up the sides for optimal cooking results. Even more, the non stick griddle pan comes pre-seasoned, which means it’s good to go right out of the box. The pre-seasoned non stick griddle pan has been thoroughly pre-baked with penetrating vegetable oil. The result: a beautiful black patina and easier food release. For best results, cook using medium heat and apply a small amount of vegetable oil to the cookware’s cooking surface before each use. Use heat-resistant silicone, plastic, or wooden utensils only. Avoid metal utensils.
Easy cleaning -
After cooking, clean the griddle grill pan using a stiff brush and hot water, then rinse and towel dry. To remove stuck-on food, boil water in the cookware for a few minutes to loosen residue, then rinse and towel dry. Hand wash only. After hand washing, towel dry immediately to protect coating surface. Do not put cold water into the hot cookware or let it air dry.
Note: this Round BBQ Grill Plate is NOT dishwasher-safe.
