1. What’s the order processes?
a.Inquiry--give us your requirements.
b.Samples--we will give you the samples you need.
c.PI--we will give the PI to you after samples /confirm/ied.
d.Deposit--you will pay us 30% deposit to produce goods.
e.Production arranged--we will arrange the production.
f.Remaining payment--after you finish inspection, you will pay for it .
g.Shipping--we will ship the goods to you.

2.Can you provide us sample, is it free or need to pay?
If you don’t need to print yourlogo or other artwork on the products,wewill notcharge any cost,
just tell us your freight collect account like FedEx DHLTNT, if you don’t haveaccount,
we need to charge Express feeproperly.
3.How to deliver?
By sea, by air or by courier such as DHL,UPS, FEDEX, TNT.
4.What’s your payment term?
T/T or Western union.
30%TT in advance,balance before the shipment.
5.What surface handing could you support ?
We can provide screen printing ,hot stamping, frost, label printing etc.
As to printing color: Color can be made according to PANTONE color number .
