This is a custom ABS plastic part that Kunyang made for an American customer. As you can see the design, there are too many ribs, so it tends to have serious shrinkage at the other side. Fortunately we used big injection machine to exert higher pressure and increased the time of packing pressure as well as putting them immediately into cool water, so the shinkage was controlled very well and thus there is no shrinkage in the back side, only sligtly darker lines there. In our company we design and make moulds by ourselves, and we have a well-experienced engineers team to make sure our moulds are of high-precision-guarranteed quality. All our moulds are enjoying a lifetime at least 300,000 shots, and we maintain moulds everytime after the mould is used, so moulds are always at a sound state. Our chief plastic engineer has been working in plastic field since 1993. once a designed drawing is checked by him or a production problem arises, he can immediately tell if there is anything not good and how to fix it.
