Polymer self leveling mending mortar is composed of special cement, quartz sand, crack resistant fiber, polymer glue powder and a variety of admixtures. It has both the adhesion of polymer material and the new concrete repair mortar for the durability of inorganic materials. It has the advantages of good leveling, cracking resistance, wear resistance, oil resistance and high strength and high adhesion. It can be widely used in mortar repair of hydraulic, harbor, highway, airport runway, bridge, industrial floor and parking lot.Application scenarioInstructions
1.Before repair, the repair parts should be treated with sundries, loose objects, prewetting, no clear water, and proper chisel to the surface which is too light to increase the bonding force between the interfaces. If there are fast water points, lines or surfaces at the grass-roots level, it is advisable to stop water treatment.
2.Mortar layer construction: mix the mending mortar and water proportionally with mechanical agitation, and the ratio of water to material should not exceed 0.20. Pour the fluid mortar onto the base surface to be repaired, and spread it according to the required thickness. After the initial solidification, the mortar will be sprinkled or injected for 1 days.
3.24hours after grouting, it is not allowed to be vibrated to avoid damaging the unhardened mortar layer and creating cracks.
