After sale service:The laser tube 40w is belongs the consuming parts. we can give you the warranty is within 6 months, so if it is within 6 months borken we can change for you for free.about this machine we has two types: one is when laser head is moving, it is using the screw rub with the top rail near the laser head, so if this screw is broken, it will be not work, ot reduce the accuracy of this machine when it is working. if you are new buyer, when you operate the machine, easy fired the screw cover ( plastic materials), so please prepare one or more screw when you buy this machine.anther type is expensive than the first one, becasue we are using the slide block when laser head is moving. it is very good and not easy to broken , and its lubrication funcations is better. system using the RDCAM.This machine's main work is doing the rubber stamp engraving . most of china govement parts doing the seal is buy from our factory. so the quality please don't worry. we can promise quality.
Packing:The machine size after packing is: 0.29CBM, weight is: 50KG-51KG. It using the plywood cartons to packing for you. so please don;t worry about it will be broken during the transport by sea or by air.If you need the machine size: 200x300mm rubber stamp working machine, the machine size : 350x500x800mm. just the machine size. and packing using the cartons to pack to dreduce the weight during the transport, becasue this small szie most of customer want to transport by air. so in order to reduce the machine size and weight after packing to reduce the shipping fee for customer , then using the cartons.


Shipping:By sea shipping or by air. if you need one set of Mini Laser machine 400x400mm , sea or air both are ok.
if you need one set of 200x300mm working size machine, my suggestion is using air to send to you, becasue the sea shipping company don;t accept this small volume , becasue they are afraid after machine are arrive to the port, and customer don't get this machine ( becasue amount of cost is lower, just 600USD) . then they will lost too much.i meet one customer, after arrive to the port he don;t need.so before you buy this machine , please think carefuuly and send me email to ask more exactly informations please.
