Automatic Two-line Middle-sealing Bag Making Machine, SDFZ-B
1.For making laminated film middle-sealing bags of BOPP, PP, PE and CPP.
2.The film loading adopts E.P.C., with auto tension control. Back feeding adopts inverter and the swing bar angle auto-controlled by sensor, which auto-adapts to machine production speed.
3.Back feeding adopts two sets synchronized rubber rollers to ensure steady film tension.
4.It uses servo motors and mark sensors for printing mark tracing.
5.The machine has programmable PLC for center control system and touch screen for clear display and easy operation.
6.It adopts multiple sets of sealing assemblies and high-precision temperature control system. This ensures nice and reliable sealing lines for different thickness and materials.
7.It has functions such as auto jam detection, no-film feeding detection and color mark tracking detection, touch screen display and machine auto stop.
8.Static removal device is used for easy stacking and collection of bags.
