Standard Side-sealing Bag Making Machine, SDD-A-K
1.Applicable for producing hot-sealing and hot-cutting side-sealing bags from tube materials of PE, PP, OPP, CPP and etc.
2.Equipped with PLC center control system and touch screen for clear display and easy operation.
3.Adopts inverter for back feeding and the swing bar angle is auto-controlled by sensor, by auto-adapting the production speed.
4.The newly-designed sealing bar structure allows separate control of pressure and sealing time. Also, high-precision thermometer is used for temperature auto-control, ensuring nice and reliable sealing lines of different thickness and materials.
5.The hot cutting knife is made of Swiss heat-resistance alloy steel. Its unique structure prevents the knife from deformation. Also it has pneumatic high-position stop structure.
6.The conveyor assembly adopts Swiss convey belt, allowing steady outfeeding.
7.The static remover is used for easy stacking and collection of bags.
8.It has functions such as auto jam detection, no-film feeding detection and color mark tracking detection, touch screen display and machine auto stop.
