Q2. Can I put LiFePO4 battery pack in parallel or series by ourselves?
A: Yes, but the batteries should be in same voltage and capacity, or it will influence the cycle
lifeof the batterypack. Also, you should tell us and we will match them beforedelivery. before
handling the battery, checkingthe voltage of each battery is necessary. there are few tips weneed

No.1Make sure the voltage of each battery are same before put in parallel. If they are not same,
chargethem to the same rate.
No.2 Don't not put discharged battery and undischarged battery in parallel. This may

the LiFePO4battery pack, which means, after 2000@80% DOD, there will stillaround 60%
capacity left.You can use itfor at least 5 years for normal 1 time charge and discharge everyday.
Q4. How does QH Technology ship the LiFePo4 battery packs?
A: The goods can be picked up by your own forwarder. If there is no forwarder. Then we can
ship the batterypacks. For sample order or small battery packs, we can ship byexpress
through Fedex, UPS, TNT, DPD etc.
If whole parcel over 100KG,can ship by air or by sea, seashipping is more economical.
