Special designed heat wind shrinking tunnel use high pressure wing machine which makes the shrink effect perfect. Compare with the traditional shrink tunnel which cannot shrink curved bottle, this head wind shrink tunnel can make the shrink effect satisfying.
The new style steam shrink tunnel improves the efficiency highly. It applies to different and unequal round bottle, flat bottle, square bottle etc. The adjustment and maintain is convenient, the shrink is in order. The spout of steam uses the separation style which makes the tunnel smooth. The spout mouth is divided into four parts and the height ,place and quantity of steam of every part can be adjusted in order to make the shrink effect perfect .the low pressure steam bag use the seamless steel tube design and every connect tube use stainless steel soft tube ,so the disassembly and fixing id very convenient. the whole machine is made of stainless steel ,so it is heat preservation and save energy sources, besides ,it accord with the international safety standard. The stainless steel plane at the bottom cans condensate water and drainage then. The reductor and transportation machine is made by international famous brand—Spirax Sarco which working environment cannot be influenced. There are two eye windows in front and at the back of the box body. The waterproof design of the whole machine is made of stainless steel which makes the operation and maintain convenient.

Performance of PH-150 labeling machine
The whole labeling machine can do continuous production by hand or automatic.
Automatic: The labeling machine can start and stop the bottle separation unit automatically according to the sensor which can check how many bottles are on the conveyor. In this way, the machine can work totally automatically.
Adjust speed by hand: you can adjust the convey speed according to the production speed and the whole process is humanized.
All troubles of the machine can be checked automatically which cooperate with the words on the screen and the three color alarm light, you can find out the reason of the trouble easily.
The whole convey mechanism (conveyor belt, bottle carrying position belt, material feeding system) adopt frequency converter synchronizer to control the transportation motor and you can adjust the speed of the whole machine by only one button.
Material feeding unit: It adopts all gear transportation cooperate with the H type driving design which make the label high speed feeding process more stable, and you can use the machine for a longer time.
Cutter head unit:It adopts drawer design, and there is inner micro Photo electricity. Therefore, you don’t need to adjust the position of the cutter by hand which avoids label jam and label lock.
Bottle carrying unit:It adopts mechanism transportation to bring along label position belt on both sides. When you change the whole unit, you can use just one hand wheel to adjust the up and down, wide and narrow of the bottle carrying unit in order to keep this process swift and convenient.
Material feeding unit: adopting double Material Rack is expected to enable the replacement of membrane materials more convenient and fast. Configuration membrane material to detect Photoelectric, non-membrane material down automatically and warning lights and touch-screen display Chinese.
The label brush clean-down group: Adopt a motor to coordinate two-sided arc Synchronization belt, the rubber tyre is Synchronization under using a brush, ensures that the bid stability down.
