AQ technology also has been exported to Taiwan China and overseas, and won good reputation both domestic and abroad.Liming Research & Design Institute of Chemical Industry Co., Ltd. (LRICI) is the initiator of China anthraquinone process (AQ) for production of hydrogen peroxide, and also is the president company in peroxide branch of China Inorganic Salt Association. This technology has been researched and developed to large scaled industrialization for nearly 40 years.LRICI is the first company who successfully adopts the palladium catalyst and fixing bed hydrogenation as the core of AQ to produce H2O2, which with good performance of being safe and reliable, low consumption and continuous operation, DCS automatic control and being suitable for large scaled industrialization. What’s more, LRICI possess its own intellectual property right.

New technologyRecently, LRICI has developed advanced three solvent working solution system （AR-TOP-TBU or MCA）,refining& purifying technology, concentration technology, food grade product technology, Emergency Shut Down System, high efficiency new type palladium catalyst etc., who still leads the development of H2O2 technology in China.
Besides, LRICI has successfully developed the supporting catalyst like cylindrical palladium catalyst (APC-T-1) and spherical palladium catalyst (APC- Q-1) with capacity of 200t/a. LRICI’s catalyst has been widely used on large scaled H2O2 facilities in China. The high efficiency new type palladium catalyst developed by LRICI in 2014 increases the capacity by over 30%.
