What is Lim Kee's MOQ?
Generally, we work based on FCL-reefer (20"). For LCL-reefer and consolidation, MOQ is at 50 cartons.What is Lim Kee's lead time for delivery?
Upon receipt of written /confirm/iation, lead time for delivery will be no later than 2 weeks (subjected to shipping schedule etc). Our team will be able to advise you real-time on the delivery status.What are Lim Kee's products' shelf-life?
All products are tested shelf-stable at frozen conditions (-18 degrees), for up to 18 months. Shelf-life studies are conducted with 3rd party, neutral and accredited laboratories.What is Lim Kee's standard carton size?
Unless otherwise requested, all products will be packed in standard carton measuring 526 x 333 x 167mm (volume approximately 0.03m cube) What is Lim Kee's standard packing configuration?
The standard packing configuration in a standard carton would be 18 packets of Pau OR 60 bowls of Loh Mai Kai OR 35 packets of Char Siew Fan Choy OR 40 packets of Mini Siew Mai.
We do not recommend any mixture of products within every individual standard carton. What are the payment requirements?
Generally, Lim Kee requires a deposit (upon written confirmation and production), and the balance before shipment. We are also open to alternative modes too. How do Lim Kee ensure on product quality and assurance?
We are, and operate within an ISO22000-certified premise. Annual audits and surveillance are conducted to ensure product conformance. Daily monitoring of OPRPs and CCPs are completed too.
We welcome site visits with all partners, in our bid to build assurance and confidence.
Regularly, we engage in shelf-life validation tests with neutral, 3rd-party and accredited laboratories to ensure all regulatory requirements are fulfilled
We have an established food traceability and authenticity program. In the extremely unlikely event of product issues that are traced to our processes, we will definitely work hand-in-hand you to address the issue. When will Lim Kee manufacture my new order?
Following a strict Just-In-Time (JIT) philosophy, all new orders are manufactured JIT. We do not manufacture ahead, and store in advance for delivery. If require, we will be happy to advise on both the manufacturing date, and expiry date upon written /confirm/iation. By doing so, you will be able to maximise on the products' shelf-life.
