5. Have you pass any factory audit?
Yes, we passed Taiwan national palace museum.
6.What is your sample policy?
If our existing item, we can offer one piece each item free of charge if you can reach agreement with our sales otherwise it is 20%off per item.
If you need to open a new mould, molding cost for ceramic is USD1000-1300 per shape.
Sample charge USD500, including ceramics, Handmade box and bag. please discuss with our salesman for further information.
7.How long for sampling?
Usually, it is 15-30 days and for special project, please discuss with our salesman for further information.
8.How long for mass production?
Usually, it is 90 days after order confirmed and for special project, please discuss with our salesman for further information.
