Multi-functional Stable Visual Positioning Machine For Positioning Rigid box, Bookcase.
A series of LY-485 products, the feeder feeding, gluing and conveyor belt use independent servo drive. The positioning part adopts YAMAHA robot arm, and camera imaging to position, that can realize high-accuracy in the rigid box, case maker, drawer box, irregular shape box, etc. It is suitable for a variety of high-quality gift box which need gluing, like Phone box, Cosmetic box, Jewelry box, Watch box, Wine box, Cigarette box, etc.

Production speed fast & Multi-functional1, Using two industrial cameras with 5 million pixels,and YAMAHA robot arm to position,high positioning accuracy(±0.1mm)2, high- speed production , rigid box speed up to 25-35pcs / min; case maker and mounted speed up to 20-30pcs / min.3, Using an independent man-machine control system, transfer machine time is short, fast transfer version.4, Feeding stably, not easy to feed double sheets, reduce product rejection rate.5, Independent gluing & positioning module, can be optionally match with edge mounting machine, splicing board box making machine ,pneumatic machine and case maker machine etc to product the production of case maker ,mounted ,rigid box and opening window. It is strong extensible in future products.
