Description
The blackout greenhouse is simple and practical equipment for cultivation or breeding, it is easy to construct, convenient to use. Tunnel greenhouse is widely used in the cultivation of vegetables, fruits and flowers. Tunnel greenhouse can provide the conditions of suitable illumination, moisture and temperature, raising the output and resisting the natural disasters. It can bring forward or backward the provision, remitting the contradictions of provision and demand.

1. Steel skeleton structure(service life ≥15 years):
All of the mental material, many types, is two-side hot-galvanized, rust-resisting, standard and originally produced.The materials, strong and durable, connect and support the covering materials, mechanical facilities and their accessories, able to bear the weight of greenhouse and other loads.

2. PEP film (service life ≥5 years)
The PEP film is composed of 3 layers, using the press film rope & anchor to filx the film.
The PEP film will be fixed by local channel & wiggle wire.
A---The first layer is PE which is anti aging and dust proof.
B---The middle layer is EVA for the insulation
C---The third layer is PE for inner space. It is anti aging and auxiliary treated of anti-drip.

3. Inside blackout system
Automic blackout system is installed in the greenhouse, fixed on the truss and with the frame of greenhouse.

The blackout net has good ventilation and can guarantee inner air circulation.
4. Cooling System
Cooling pad: thickness is 150mm, hot galvanized frame
Exhaust fan: 44000m³/h,220v, 50HZ
Recycled water system: pump,220V,50HZ, PE pipes, accessories
A hood will be installed outside the fan to stop sunlight into greenhouse.

5. Ventilation system
The tunnel blackout greenhouse has the side ventilation system, drived by manual film roller or antomatic film roller.

And its inside install the insect net, to stop the insects into the greenhouse.
