Fuyi DHC550 large capapcity continuous disc stack centrifuge

Brief Introduction :
FUYI Disc centrifuge is a centrifugal separator which can separate solid matter from two kinds of different density liquids on a continuous basis and also to separate two liquids simultaneously. By reducing process cycle time and labor requirements, these separators offer high cost efficiency in liquid clarification and reclamation, solid-liquid separation and its classification, recovery and thickening of solids and in other such processes.

Disc centrifuge is mainly used in oil, beer, chemical industry, medicine, blood, traditional Chinese medicine, fermentation broth, fruit juice purification and pulp fiber separation, soybean, peanut, wheat and other plant and animal whitening separation, various animal oils, vegetable oil, mineral oil separation, vaccines, dyes, pigments, additives, dairy products, humic acid, etc. Material separation in graphene, sewage treatment and other industries.

Main Features:
1. Full automation possible with PLC automatic control panel.
2. Centrifugal separation requiring no filter media.3. High reliability drive train system backed by delivery of over 1,000 units a year.4. Bowl design with superior separation performance and with good response to discharge loads.5. Pilot valve regulates total/partial discharge of solids.6. Super partial discharger (option) minimizes liquid loss and maximizes thickening of solid7. Fraction for discharge.
8. Vibration-proof design realizes long working life.
