Product Description
This jacketed pot is widely used for candy (soft candy, hard candy), pastry, fruit jam, tomato paste, curry, beverage, preserves, canned food and other food processing like seasoning and chemical etc, also can be used for large restaurants or canteens to boil soup, cooking vegetables, stew meat, porridge, etc. It is a good equipment for food processing to improve quality, shorten time and improve working conditions.
Many kinds of heating methods: Steam, LPG gas, Natural gas, electricity, conducting oil and electromagnetic.
Mixing method adopt special tilting and rotation mode, which makes stirring heads high stick against the pot, keep the scrap the pot thoroughly.
Advanced rotation and seal structure makes the pot easy to clean with national certification standards.
Frequency control of motor speed, stable running.
The agitator can be fixed, kettle can be tilting.

Power source for jacketed pot difference:
Electrical heating with conducting oil: big heating area, controllable temperature, even heating.
Gas: convenient to use, and not restricted by operating voltage.
Steam: Low cost, but not suitable for high temperature needed.
Electromagnetic: energy saving, environmental protection, saves 20~30% electricity than electric heating, rises temperature rapidly and the temperature can be controlled.
