1. What materials can be processed by the wet peeling machine?
Materials with a diameter of not less than 5mm can be treated, such as peanuts, almonds, chickpeas, broad beans (big brown beans are not allowed).
2. What is the peeler machine material?
The material contact part is 201 stainless steel, the mainframe carbon steel, material contact, frame and outsourcing can be changed to 304
3. How appropriate is the material size?
The material size can be achieved by adjusting the apron clearance, but the material size is required to be uniform when feeding.
4. What should I do if the material has a high half-grain rate or a high breakage rate after peeling?
The half-grain rate is reduced by adjusting the gap of the rubber wheel.
5. Is there a requirement for materials before peeling?
When the peanuts and almonds are heated at 95 degrees, soak them for 5-6 minutes, soak them at room temperature for about 10 minutes. The surface of the material is softened and can be dropped by hand. Soybean peeling, soaking in cold water for 5-6 hours is better.
