Compared with other manufactures, our almond butter making machine is made of 304 stainless steel. It has a higher corrosion resistance than regular steel. The steel contains both chromium (between 18–20%) and nickel (between 8–10.5%) metals as the main non-iron constituents. It is an austenitic stainless steel.

The rotor and the matching stator rotate at a relatively high speed, one of which rotates at a high speed and the other of which is stationary. A1: The material texture is soft. If the acid content is high, the 304 material can be used. It is generally not recommended to change the rotor material.
