1. The automatic die cutting and creasing machine is used for the cutting, creasing, deep embossing, a range of sheet materials:


From: Light papers and carton board, through heavy solid board, plastics and in-mold labels (IML),
To : Micro-flutes and most types of corrugated board.


2. The process is used in a wide variety of sectors from packaging, label, and display manufacture to
commercial printing.

☆ Full Machine Wall (rather platen parts only) is casting of Ductile Cast Iron 600# to ensure the machine shape (the head and back) won't change through times.

the fast conversion of side lay.

with photo detector to detect double sheet during
transportation

3) Feeding belts with adjusting mechanism can modifying timing to the front position.

machine getting distorted.
3) World fist Full plate foil stamping with cutting pressure of 580Tons. Thick machine wall won't get
crashed by high cutting pressure.
