Product Description:
This production line is mainly used to produce PVC profile, such as Ceiling, Deck, Floor, Cornice, Plank, Windows, Door frame and board and etc.Feature:
1. Conical twin-screw extruder, suitable for processing PVC powder and WPC raw materials.
2. Changing the moulds to produce many kinds of different PVC profiles.
3. Auxiliary machine: Mixing unit, Crusher, pulverizer, laminating machine...


Application
It is mainly used for producing various sizes of WPC PVC profiles, window door profile,decking floor,ceiling panel and so on. Our pvc profile machine has features of low consumption, high output, stable running.Normal PVC profile production line is composed of main extruder, mould, vacuum calibration table, haul-off,cutting and stacker.By changing different mould, PVC profile making machine can produce many PVC plastic profile products with different shapes.

Extrusion system contains two parts,one is mechanical part,it's consists of Gearbox,Concial twin-screw,Automatic feeding machine,the other one part is electrical part,it's consists of ABB frequency changer,SCHNIEDER contactor,SIEMENS motor,OMRON temperature control.SJSZ series conical twin-screw extruder has advantages such as forced extruding, high quality, wide adaptability, long working life, low shearing speed, hard decomposition, good compounding &plasticization, and direct shaping of powder material and etc. This extruder is equipped with AC motor, auto temperature controller, vacuum exhausting device etc. This production line is suitable for production of plastic profile.
The mold contains two parts,one part is extrusion mold,the other one is forming mold.

Caterpillar haul-off unit
Caterpillar haul-off unit provides sufficient traction force to pull profiles stably. According to different profile sizes and thickness, our company will customize traction speed, effective traction length. To ensure match profile extrusion speed and forming speed, also avoid deformation of profile during traction.
Cutting machine
Cutter controlled by PLC,working together with haul off unit to have precise cutting. Customer can set the length of profile they want to cut.
Auxiliary machine
Crusher
Crusher can crush unuseful products into scraps.
High speed mixer
Mixer can mix PVC, CaCO3 and other additives together by heating and cooling processing.
Pulverizer
Pulverizer can make scraps into powder and use them to produce products again.
