1. Rotary gap-free technology: the furnace body rotates without gaps during the tilting process, which can
effectively prevent molten iron from entering the furnace body and protect the equipment operation safety;
2. The side plate structure of the furnace body: the side plate structure of the furnace body adopts the one-
stop forming technology of the integral steel plate, which is sturdy and durable;
3. Dovetail type non-water yoke: it is designed by using 0.27mm thick magnetic conductive oriented silicon
steel sheet produced by Baowu. The silicon steel sheets on both sides of the yoke are stepped backward by
15mm to form a dovetail type, which effectively prevents expansion caused by stainless steel heating. The
an-ti expansion type water-passing yoke is widened by about 3cm on both sides of the water-proof yoke, and
is formed into an H-shape as a whole, and is used for a long time to prevent the inside of the yoke from
expanding outward.
