Rotary Zero-gap technology :

The furnace body rotates without gaps during the tilting process, which can effectively prevent molten iron liquid enters the furnace body ,and protect the equipment ruuning safely

Side plate structure of furnace body :
The side plate structureof the furnace body adopts the one-piece forming process of the integral steel plate, which is sturdy and durable.




High quality yoke :

Magnetic yoke is using silicon steel sheet with 0.27 thick and high magnetic perme ability produced by Wuhan Iron and Steel Company Limited,which effectively prevents expansion due to heat of the stainless steel.

Dust removal cover :
