The sample will be finished in 7-15days after receiving the payment. It will need about 3-5 days to arrive at your place if send by UPS, FedEx, TNT, DHL etc. If to send by air shipment or ocean shipment the time will depends on the actual situation.6. Can I visit your factory?

For regular metal chairs, lead time is 30-35days; for regular wood chairs, it is 45-60days. For the new items, the lead time will be a little longer for the first order, but for future orders, the lead time will come regularly.8. Do you have products in stock?
Sorry, we don't don't always reserve stock. If we have, we could keep in touch with you.9. How about the LCL order and FCL order?
LCL means that the amount quantity of the order can't reach a full 20ft container. The order term is EX-works (EXW), we just provide the products as the order, but no responsible for any other process of the trading.
