1.Chippreparationsection Rawmaterialisreducedintoqualifiedchipsbythedrumchipper,thenthechipsaretransportedto
thechipbin,andthenfeedtothekniferingflakerbywhichthechipsareturnedtoflakes,thenthe
flakestoredinwetflakebin.
2.Dryingandsiftingsection
The flakes are discharged from the wet flake bin which are conveyed to the rotary dryer.Qualified core flakes are stored in core flake bin; oversize flakes are send tomill to bere-crushing, and transported to surface dry wood shavings bin to be stored.
3.sizing section
Afterscaled,thecoreandsurfaceflakesaretobeeffectivelyanduniformlymixedwithqualifiedglue to achieve the uniform mixing and the sufficient sizing effect.
4.Paving and thermoforming section
The after sizing shavings are transported to the mechanical grading paving machines
bythe belt conveyor.and they are paved to the uniform flat slab. After a series of processessuch as pre-press, lengthwise saw, cross saw, accelerate conveyor, storing conveyor andloading conveyor,the rough boards are sent to the installed hoistingcages,then the roughboards are pressed by the hot press machine.
5. Post--processing section
The thermofoming boards are conveyed to the panel turnover machien to become cool,thenthe boads are transported to the vertical and horizontal edge cutting machine by thecooling conveyor.
6.sanding section
