Brief Introduction of YFM-318

YFM-318 is the "member" of the YFM grinding mill series developed by our company for decades, combing rolling, impacting and grinding to one. It is an idea micro-fine grinding mill for deeply processing such non-metal minerals as calcium carbonate, barite, talc, gypsum, calcite, limestone, calcium oxide, bentonite, dolomite etc.

Performance and Advantages
1. The new YFM grinding mill is able to reach a product fineness of 5-50um, while the traditional Raymond mill can only reach a fineness of 400 mesh for the most. It can be used for all kinds of grinding from coarse crushing to ultra-fine grinding, with the largest fineness of up to D97≤2um, which drives the revolution in the field of ultra-fine grinding.
2. Compared to ball mill, air-flow mill and stirred mill, YFM grinding mill has the advantages of lower investment and shorter processing circle, and its finish fineness/efficiency ratio is more than twice that of the machines mentioned above for the same fineness.
3. Compared to Raymond machine, YFM grinding mill has no bearings and screws but the high-hardness wear-resistant material developed by the our company within the grinding chamber, which not only avoids chronic consumption of oil and burnt bearing, but also guarantees the continuous and reliable operation of the machine.
4. No need large-scale construction, it covers only small area. It can be put into production as soon as we finish installing. It can run smoothly and reliably. It is used for grinding non-metal mines with Mohs' hardness scale less than 5, moisture less than 5% and Max. input size 10mm.
5. Adopting the complete set of negative-pressure production and high-efficient off-line power collecter, its dust collection efficiency reaches up to 99.9%, which guarantees no dust pollution during operation. Moreover, the main unit and the air blower are respectively equipped with the noise-reduction housing and the muffler so as to decrease the noise, which is completely in conformity with the national environmental protection standards.

Main Unit
The main unit of YFM-318 adopts the same structure as the YFM series which is simple and complete. Meanwhile, some parts have been optimized and updated so that this " heart " can have the more stable and better performance and is easy for maintaining.
Deduster
The deduster which is used by YFM-318 is one kind of bag cage deduster. It has high-efficiency dedusting and lower power consumption. The deduster of YFM-318 has 396 bags (with cyclone collector), meanwhile, using the off-line dedusting for incre-asing the efficiency of shaking and extending the use life of bags.

Electrical control system
YFM-318 has own electrical control system. It consists of PLC controller cabinet, converter and variable frequency cabinet, etc. It is easy for operation which is full-automatic and just has one button for stop procedure. The customers will master the grinding mill easily.
