Daily maintenance
Maintenance is very important for machine. It will affect its working effect and use life. We suggest you at least do the follow daily maintenance:
1.Please clean working table in time after finish processing.
2.Please remember clean the dust, keep guide rail non-dust, prevent dust or wood chip interfering with the machine, which leads to machine got stuck.
3.Clean the guide screw regularly to prevent dust or something sticking on the guide screw. The screw is the most important part of the boring machine. It affects the accuracy of the machine and the screw plays an important role in the transmission process.
4.Clean the industrial control box regularly, dust is the biggest killer of boring machine.
5. Dust-removing and oil-filling work should be carried out on the sliding guide rail of boring machine every week.
