Process description

1. Barley into the hopper, raised by the conveyor to self-balancing vibrating screen (equipped with pulse dust collector dust). The screened barley and water are mixed by a non-blocking pump to the steeping tank.
2. Steeping tank made of SUS 304 material, with air supply system, pumping CO2 system, water supply and drainage system. In accordance with the requirements of intermittent ventilation, water supply. The general steeping time is less than 48 hours. After the end of the steeping, the malt and water are transported together with a non-blocking pump to the Drum container. The whole process is fully automatic control.
3. The Laizhou YINGTAI Programmable Malting processing Machine Line for producing the finest quiality malt can complete the germination and drying. Malt into the container, according to the process requirements to ventilate, supply oxygen and cool. Until the index meets the process requirements, the germination stage ends. Into the drying section, with a hot air furnace to meet the needs of different temperatures. After reaching the desired process requirements, the drying ends. The whole process is fully automatic control.
