Price is based on Platts European Marketscan under the heading "FOB - Rotterdam" minus (-) Gross: USD$ 17 per metric ton / Net: USD$ 15 per metric ton. The USD$ 2 per metric ton (Difference between Gross and Net) is "completely" for the Buy Side and any intermediates.
