YWZ SeriesElectric Hydraulic Drum Brake is widely used formechanical drive device deceleration or braking of lifting/hoisting, transportation, metallurgy, mining, ports, docks, construction machinery and other industries.They take Ed series electro-hydraulic thruster introduced from Germany EMG Company as their driving units,which are featured withbelow:Conditions of Use(YWZ SeriesElectric Hydraulic Drum Brake)
1.Environment temperature: -20℃- +55℃
2.There shall be no flammable, explosive and corrosive gases in the surrounding working environment,otherwise anti-corrosive customized special brake should be used(This series of brake can be retrofitted according to the customers' needs.
3.Air relative humidity of not more than 90%
4.The altitude of the use site is in line with GB755-2000
5. Power source : Three-phase ac 380v 50HZ.(Customized from 220v-480v, 50HZ/60HZ, 3Phase/Single Phase) .

1.Safe performance, Brake smoothly and High frequency movement;
2.It has self-lubricated bearing in move joints and has high transmission efficiency;
3.Brake torque is shown directly.
4.Manual release is equipped which is convenient for maintenance.
5.Automatic compensation device can realize the automatic compensation when the brake linings are worn.
6.The interlocking equal clearance device can avoid adherence of the brake lining on the brake drum.
7.Use insert method between brake lining and brake shoes, It is more safe and easy to changebrake lining.
