Product principle
This product takes colloidal gold as an index marker, based on the principle of immunochromatographic analysis, rapid detects HBsAg in human blood. In detection, if the sample contains HBsAg, it will react with labeled antibody to form complex, under the effect of chromatography, the reaction complex moves forward to the detecting area along the nitrocellulose membrance and is captired by hepatitis B surface antibody on the nitrocellulose membrane, and finally form a pink reaction line in the detecting area, the results are positive this moment. If the sample does not contain HBsAg, the pink line will not appear in the detecting area, and the results are negative this moment.

Test procedure
1, When you are ready to begin testing, open the sealed pouch by tearing along the notch. Remove the test from the pouch.
2,Draw about 2-3 drops sample into the pipette, and dispense it into the sample well on the cassette.
3,Wait 10-15 minutes and read result. Do not read results after 15 minutes.
Interpretation of results
1,Negative: only one color band appears on the control region. No apparen band on the test region. This indicates that there is no detectable HBsAg in the serum.
2,Positive: Distinct color bands appears on the control and regions test Both test line and control line indicate that the specimen contains detectable amount of HBsAg.
3,Invalid: No visible bang at all or only one colored band appears on test region, this is an indication of a possible error in performing the test. The test should be repeated using a new device.
Precaution
1,Must use fresh specimen.
2,Use it before expiry date.
3,The package of kit should not be opened until it reaches the room temperature if it taken out from the refrigerator.
