Q1: Where is your factory located? How can I visit?A1: Our factory is located in Longgang District, Shenzhen City about 40 minutes to Shenzhen airport by car. Warmly welcome to visit us!
Q2: Do you have stock products to sell?A2: Yes, we have some stock for urgent orders. Please tell me your quantity and we will check for you.
Q3: What standards do masks certified?A3: Our company masks meet the following standard:(1). GBT32610-2016 Class B standard;(2). The filter complies with GB2626-2006 and KN95 standards;(3). The microorganism meet GB19083-2010 standard.
Q4: What are the advantages of the N121 mask over other masks?A4: (1). The face-touch part of the mask is liquid silicone, which is soft to the skin and comfortable. The morphological structure is designed by collecting real-life data. This soft material can be adjusted to fit the face. It can achieve a good sealing effect without strong deformation.(2). It is washable and easy to clean. Except the filter element is a consumable, all parts of the main body can be washed, even can be disinfected at high temperature.(3). Masks have good air tightness and filter material has good air permeability.
Q5: Does wearing glasses cause fogging?A5: It doesn't fog when wearing glasses. Fogging is usually caused by air leaks. The place where our masks come into contact with the face is medical liquid silicone, which is automatically fitted without leaking!
Q6: How to clean the mask?A6: It is recommended to wash the mask body, filter holder, (nasal mask) and ear hooks with water every day on haze days. If really dirty, wash by detergent, and then sterilize with water, continue to use after drying or wiping. It depends for the headband. Note: Do not put it in the washing machine or scrub it vigorously.
Q7: What is your delivery time (Manufacturing period)?A7: 2 days for samples (customized samples need to re/confirm/i) and within 15 days for bulk production.
