The plaster is a new type of interior wall surface base plastering material made of gypsum, washed sand, calcium carbonate and various additives. It not only has the advantages of early strength, quick hardness, light weight, heat insulation, fire resistance, sound insulation, etc., but also has the characteristics of good construction and workability, high bonding strength, low hollowing and cracking; it has breathing function and can be adjusted. Indoor air humidity improves indoor environment.
Primary treatment
The grassroots should be solid, free from dust and dirt, and the moisture content should be less than 5%. If the grass-roots level is smooth or loose, it is necessary to use Tianjiao solid interface agent for interfacial treatment, or make cement picking.



Stirring

The theoretical amount of water added is 26%. The actual amount of water to be added is based on the construction consistency. After mixing, it is left to stand for 10 minutes and then used after stirring. The material after stirring should be used up in time, and it will be scrapped after used for more time than it can be used.



Construction temperature

The construction environment temperature is above 5 °C, and the curing process temperature is not lower than 0 °C.
Storage and transportationStore in a cool dry place, moisture-proof and sunscreen, shelf life of 12 months. The product is non-toxic and non-flammable. Storage and transportation can be handled according to the "non-dangerous goods rules."
