Buyers/ importers will have a supplying network set up and run efficiently and sustainably at minimized cost; no longer be worry about wrong shipments, misunderstanding claims that usually lead to stress, waste of time, and disruption in business; will be compensated adequately for any breach from suppliers. Our services are direct to bring Clients to access original source of supplies which result in more transparent control over production and quality, and thus more reliable outcome.

Under the instructions from Buyer, we use our best efforts to seek the best settlement for Buyer of claims against manufacturers and/or suppliers. Dear Sir/ Madam,
We, Mekodexim Co., Ltd, would like to offer you Buying/ Sourcing Services in Vietnam as follows.
We, as buying/sourcing Agent, will perform any or all of the following services to the extent necessary to meet Buyer’s needs, including: a. Advise Buyer of styling, marketing, supply and manufacturing aspects in Vietnam of Buyer’s proposed purchase of merchandises. b. Solicit offers to sell such merchandises to Buyer, develop estimates and establish prices for the export supplier’s selling price to Buyer.c. Obtain and submit, upon request from the Buyer, samples of available merchandise which the Agent believes might be of interest to the Buyer, together with price and delivery information relating thereto.d. Research the market to identify new products and manufacturers that could be of interest for Buyer. e. Assist Buyer when its representatives visit the various manufacturers and/or suppliers to negotiate contracts or review production. Act as interpreter for Buyer’s representatives at meetings with manufacturers and/or suppliers where such service is necessary.f. Negotiate with manufactures and suppliers to get the best terms with respect to prices, payment and delivery conditions for benefit of Buyer.g. Prior to engagement, Agent shall use its best reasonable efforts to evaluate and assure that factory has the capacity and capability to produce the merchandise Buyer wants to order. h. Place orders on behalf of the Buyer by transmitting the Buyer’s purchase order to the supplier, to expedite such orders and to advise the Buyer of delivery schedules.i. Translate information furnished by Buyer and transmit such information to manufacturers so that merchandise can be produced in accordance with Buyer’s specifications. j. Communicate Buyer’s requirements with respect to quality standards, labor standards and security to suppliers and monitor compliance as requested by Buyer.k. Provide Buyer with the location, phone number and fax number of each factory where merchandise is to be produced together with a factory description. l. Follow up to make sure that the merchandise is produced and shipped according to schedule of the contract. Inspect each shipment of merchandise before and after it is packed in condition ready for shipment to the destination country to ensure that such merchandise (1) meets Buyer’s specifications as set forth in the applicable contract (and all amendments thereto) and is not defective in any respect; (2) is packaged, labeled, priced and invoiced in accordance with the instructions set forth in the applicable contract; (3) is packaged in a manner which will ensure its safe transportation to Buyer. Agent will advise Buyer immediately of any discrepancies in (1) through (3) above.m. Ensure that manufacturers/ suppliers arrange for shipment of merchandise, and in that regard use its best efforts to ensure that manufacturers/suppliers make truthful and accurate preparation of all necessary documentation, including, but not limited to, certificates, forms, statements and any other information necessary for export and import procedures, in accordance with the terms of the relevant purchase contracts.n. Upon request and subject to specific instructions of Buyer, arrange for and supervise the consolidation of shipments in order to reduce shipping costs.o. In accordance with the instructions from Buyer, use its best efforts to seek the best settlement for Buyer of claims against manufacturers and/or suppliers.
We, as buying/sourcing Agent, warrant that:a. Agent has no ownership interest in, or any control of, or any financial interest in any manufacturer making the merchandise to be purchased by Buyer with the assistance of Agent. Agent shall not permit such relationship to be established during the term of Agent Agreement, shall not share commissions with any such manufacturer, and shall not (except otherwise written instruction from Buyer) receive or accept any remuneration from any such manufacturer. Agent shall not share the compensation with any manufacturer under any circumstances. In the event that Agent is offered compensation from a vendor and fails to notify Buyer, such failure to notify shall constitute a breach of the agreement and will be grounds for termination.b. Exercise no control of the price of merchandise procured for Buyer except to seek the lowest possible price for the benefit of Buyer and assist Buyer in the negotiation of purchase contracts at competitive prices and on competitive terms. Any such contracts shall remain subject to Buyer’s final approval.
Agent fee:
Agent fee will be from 3-15% of total FOB price, depending on total order value per year and complicatedness of each order.
Agent fee will be paid at the same time of payment for commodities purchased.

HOW TO MAKE THE SOURCING PROCESS FAST & SUCCESSFUL?
- Be clear about budget (for promotion, for high end sales or cheap market sales) and/or quality criteria. Buyer can give target price, then we work out best options in terms of quality and delivery terms; or Buyer give quality standards with detailed technical specifications: artworks, fabric, sewing, printing, embroidery, finishing, packing,.. and/or real samples, we will work out the best price and terms. Giving just the name of products without specific details and/or target price, the quotation process would take time and cost.
- Be cooperative with us on RFQ process with daily communication to ensure the quotations and samples would be made exactly for your needs.
- Be clear about norms and standards that factories REQUESTED to meet.
