This TPSA ELISA (Quantitative) is an enzyme linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) for in vitro quantitative determination of total Prostate Specific Antigen (TPSA) concentrations in the range of 4-100ng/ml in human serum or plasma samples.

This assay was standardized against Reference Standards from the Reference Laboratory for Immunology Product under the Ministry of Health, China. Normal value of total PSA for healthy male is < 4ng/ml in serum.The endpoint sensitivity of this kit is about 0.5ng/ml total PSA.
