1. Introduction of Backflush screen changer/ melt filter
Batte screen changer is used for filtration of the material mixture, filtering screen replacement
available without machine halt. It is mainly used in the scope as follows:
1). Granulating Line, such as PP, PE, PET, PA and other polymer materials
2). Film Line, such as PET, CPE, BOPP, PE, HDPE and other polymer materials;
3). Sheet, Plate Line, such as PP, PE, PET, ABS and other polymer materials;
4). Packing Strap Line, such as PP, PET and other polymer materials;
5). Hollow Products Line;
2. Features of Backflush screen changer/ melt filter
1). The screen changer works simultaneously: when one net works, the other one replaced.
2). Exhaust system device can fully defuse the gas mixed in the materials and improve the product quality.
3). Apply to extrusion production in a wide range of materials and product.
4). Good sealing system ensures perfect sealing effect.
5). The function of filling material exhaust and pollution discharge guarantee the process of replacing screen continuously.
