If our caskets arrive in damaged condition, we will appreciate it if you can email us the photos which will help us understanding how these damages happened and what we should improve in future. And we will take full responsibility if we caused the damages. We will cover your loss if the casket has to be sold at discounted rate. We will replace you with a new one or make refund if the damaged casket cannot be repaired and has to be thrown away.If the caskets need some repair, we will provide the accessories for free.

1. How do we do business?
once you decide what to order, you can issue the PO via email specifying the model name, specifications, quantity, pricing and the name of the port. We will double-check the loading quantity and confirm with you. Also we will make the PI with our banking information, signature of our accountant and corporate stamp in JPEG file. Please note that you may receive a fraudulent invoice from similar company overseas.When deposit received, we will prepare your order and update with you every 15 days. After the PO completed, we recommend you to inspect the first order by yourself to offer us opportunity to learn your market better. If you do not have time, we will take close photo at every angle to make it easy for you to observe the details on your computer. After inspection completed, we will check the freight cost and confirm with you on the rate and prepare the paperwork for shipment. You can arrange balance payment on sight of copy of B/L. We will appreciate it if you can write us feedback once you open the box.
2. What is your leading time for shipment?
Thanks to efficient CNC technology, we offer the lead time of 25 days for wood veneer MDF caskets or cardboard caskets and 35 days for solid wood caskets after deposit has been received.
3. If your caskets arrived damaged, what should we do?
We consider every casket is a tribute to our future success. That is why we are working hard to learn how to improve the standard. However, if our caskets arrive in damaged condition, we will appreciate it if you can email me the photos which will help us understanding how these damages happened and what we should improve in future. And we will take full responsibility if we caused the damages. We will replace you with a new one if the damaged casket cannot be repaired and has to be thrown away.
4. What should we do if the paint needs repair?
We will everything we can to make sure that every casket arrives in good condition. However, if the paint needs repair somehow, Do not worry. We have prepared touch-up paint set for you. All you have to do is to pick up the right color and repair with little brush. Everybody can do the job.
5. Can I change the color?
Every casket in our product line can be fully customized from the color of finish and lining to the corner designs. As long as it such changes can help your sales, we will make the job done.
6. I am new to funeral business. Can I mix different models to test the market?
Yes, of course. Since our product range includes solid wood, wood veneer MDF, cardboard and cremation caskets. You can classify your own product line based on market analysis and mix them into the container; we will help you loading more.
7. I am selling the wood and metal. Can you mix wood with metal?
Yes, we can. We have the partnership with one of leading metal casket companies nearby. You can ask our sales specialist for catalog and pricing. And we can mix the wood with the metal in our company.
8. “Local-manufacture” is a selling point here. Can we just buy lids and accessories such as wood handles, hardware and interior set etc?
