Scope
Thisproductiswidelyusedthermalpre-treatmentofmetalsurfacesofvariousmaterials,ceramics,frostedglass,stone,etc.,whichcanbeusedforvarioustemperatureabove180degreesCelsius;requirestheuseofthethermaltransferprocessspraythesurfaceofthematerial,Butnotapplywithanysubstancebelowtemperatureof180℃.
Instructions
1.Useinadryanddust-freespace.
2.Cleantheobject’ssurface,constructionafterthesurfaceisdry.
3.Aroundshakingforabouthalfaminute,makethecoatingwasuniformly.
4.Fromthesurfaceoftheobjectbeingsprayedabout15-25cmatauniformspeedmobilespraying.Usuallyspray2-3times,thethicknessof20-30μm,preferably5-10minutesintervalsconstruction.
5.Preheattheoveninto180℃,andthenputtheobjectsintoandbakeitconstanttemperaturefor20minutes.Bakingtimecanbeadjustedaccordingtorealcondition.
6.Notapplicableinrainydays,coldorhumidenvironments.
