Mission and VisionWe provide full design services, feasibility study, problem solving, developing support, project management from initial concept through tool manufacturing.Factory & ServicesDesignWe support PART development and mould design with a total of 25 stations. The CAD/CAM software used are UNIGRAPHICS and ACAD LT, and for transfer medium STEP, PARASOLID and IGES are used.
We have an Intergrated computer network plus at your service, a team of engineers and technicians who are receptive, mobile and responsive.
ProductionThe machineries is utilized in 2 X 12 hours shifts, 7 days a week, with 9 ~ 10 mould tests weekly, equivalent to 36 ~ 40 moulds a month. We have in total 22 milling machines ( 8 CNC ), 13 EDM machines + 5 wire cut machines and 3 systems of CAM : POWERMILL, UNIGRAPHICS ( profile milling ) and also MEGA-CUT ( wire cut ).
ServiceWe are involved in part development, moulding tests, part inspections,
maintenance and change of design.
