Wemanufacture progressive dies for laminations fromφ2.55mm to φ700mm. The maximum die that we have made is forφ580mm stator and rotor lamination. Meanwhile, we are capable of functions like interlocking,skewing, shoulder holes for laminations fromφ12mm to φ350mm.And rotation for laminations within φ250mm. Company profile
Our company plant covers an area of 6000 square meter with 1500 square meter office space. Our factory is equipped with advanced equipment, such as coordinate grinding, Japan Sodick walking Wire, Germany Demagi Large-scale machining center, Taiwan Jiande Large-scale surface grinder, Edward three coordinate measuring instrument and image measuring instrument. We have 220 tons, 80 tons of high-speed punching machine for mould testing. Our processing workshop is with thermostat control.
Ourdedicated R & D team comprised 30 personnel who have more than 10 years working experience. Quality is our mission. All moulds are developed by senior engineers which fully guarantee the life span and high-precision.
In machining center, we have nine sets of machining center, including two sets that from German DMG(DMF250,DFM260,) Besides, we also have three sets of deep drillers.The machining precision is 0.01mm while roughness is Ra0.4. Our technicians willprovide accurate dimensional and locational precision.
We have proficient engineers and operators,who engage in technical research and development. We use software PRO-E, CAD-CMA,CIMA-TRON,LK/DMS5.5 for design,production and testing to ensure our products are rated as world class quality.In WEDM workshop, we have 8 sets Japan sodick Walking wire.The precision can reach ±1μm while roughness at Ra0.1. With the development of φ0.03mm tungsten wire, we use WEDM to process slots in width of 0.05mm and chamfer in radius of 0.05mm. Meanwhile our technicians will provide accurate dimensional precision and good surface finish.In quality department, we have perfect checking and testing equipment, such as MGH-8106 three coordinate measuring instrument and MY-3020 projector. We strictly follow technical and operating criterion to ensure comprehensive quality control of eachprocess. Our technicians alsoguarantee every item complying with contract.
We have fourteen teams in our assemblage department, and each team have one assemblage engineer and one or two apprentices.We also have Four sets of high speed punch press(63T,200T,220T,300T) in our trial run department, which enable us to test the performance before die delivery.
